I worked with Parri to buy and sell my house within 2 years' time as I had to relocate to Chicago for my career. As I had to work with a different realtor in Chicago, I have again learned how blessed I was to have Parri when it came to my real estate needs in STL for how knowledgeable and professional Parri always was.
When we were listing my house, I was initially concerned that we were listing our house too high. Contrary to my concern, we were able to sell only within a few weeks of listing for around the price Parri suggested through her market research.
Additionally, Parri was so kind to spare her time and assist with my home buying process in Chicago. While she wasn't going to be compensated for her help, she was always available to give her professional opinion on what a property was worth. As a result, I ended up negotiating down the property I bought in Chicago by another 5K using the insight Parri provided to me.
I recommended Parri to two of my friends in STL, and they both loved working with Parri as much as I did when they bought their homes in the last year. I know there are some realtors out there whose primary interest is to get the deal made rather than finding what truly suits your need.
